How do we honor them, what do we need to release and at the same time how do we nourish our own gifts and voice. How can the creative arts enhance the creation and/or expansion of our life mandala ?
WHEN: Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm (please arrive by 6:20 pm to get started on time)
WHERE: Sacred Stream Center, Berkeley
COST: $435.00 for the series if paid in full before September 1st . $470.00 after this date (May be paid in two parts) For those who would like to pay per session cost is $60.00 (Must pay for all sessions including missed ones). Some student sliding scale slots available in case of need.

WOMEN'S FULL MOON CELEBRATION
HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK, RITUAL AND CREATIVE INTEGRATION
DATE: Evening July 23rd to all day July 24th
For millenia, women have gathered for ritual and healing at potent times
during the seasons to empower themselves, one another,
their communities and to honor life.
On this Full Moon weekend gather with other sisters, on Friday evening July 23rd to prepare the ground through the use of the creative arts, sitting in circle and ritual for the Holotropic Breathwork experience on Saturday July 24th.

Day of the Dead"ofrendas"(altar) making Women Circling together
In this group we will explore intergenerational stories and messages recieved from the women before us, that which we want to release from the legacy, as well as reflect and connect with our integration and embodyment of these stories. In the process of doing this each woman will Connect and celebrate her own unique gifts.
We will experience and explore how these stories have shaped our bodies, our psyche and the relationship to ourselves and others. To do this, we will use the expressive arts as a tool for
insight and transformation. As well as day of the dead altar/ofrenda creation. Altars are a powerful way of honoring those before us, as well as creating and holding intentions for the transformation of legacy stories. We will practice altar work as an in movement canvas / sacred space for the transformation and honoring to occur.
