BREATHE/CIRCLE/CREATE
JOIN OTHER SISTERS DURING THE SILENCE OF WINTER TIME,
TO PREPARE THE GROUND INTO THE SPRING TIME...
We
will gather 9 times on Tuesday evenings, using the power of
prayer/intention, altar creation, breath and movement exercises,
sitting in circle and the expressive arts.
Mid
way through the series we will have a Holotropic Breathwork day. This
work is a wonderful addition to the exploration and provides a deepening and a
release of what arises for women during the series.
This
series is for women who are ready to dive deep within, transform and nourish
through the language of metaphor, symbol, body, breath and BEING.

TUESDAY EVENINGS 7:00 PM TO 9:30 PM (DOORS WILL OPEN 6:45PM)
LOCATION: BERKELEY AND OAKLAND (Some sessions for this work will be at the Anam Cara center one block away from Ashby BART and others in a wonderful painting studio by Lake Merritt, the breathwork will be at this same location in Oakland)

COST: PAY FOR FULL SERIES BEFORE FRIDAY January 20th $525.00 (Includes 9 circle and breathwork).
After Friday 20th $595.00 Series can also be paid per circle $60 and $125 for the breathwork. (All sessions must be paid for, even unattended ones)

Altars as a canvas in movement... Day of the Dead"ofrendas"(altar) making Women Circling together
JOIN other sisters during the eve of the Day of the Dead celebration to create, reflect and celebrate with other sisters.
In this group we will share stories and messages received from the women before us, that which we want to release from the legacy and that which we want to celebrate.
We will experience and explore how these stories have shaped our bodies, our psyche and the relationship to ourselves and others. To do this, we will use the expressive arts and moslty day of the dead altar / ofrenda creation. Altars are a powerful way of honoring those before us, as well as creating and holding intentions for the transformation of legacy stories. We will practice altar work as a canvas / sacred space in movement, that enhances a deeper connection to ourselves, our relations and the mystery of life and death.
