CONTRAINDICATIONS for this workshop include: pregnancy, cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, glaucoma, epilepsy, acute infectious illness, recent surgery or fractures, or history of severe mental disorder or other psychiatric hospitalization. If you have any questions about any of these conditions or doubts regarding any other specific condition, please call before registering for a workshop.
FOR REGISTRATION: If this is your first time doing the work or participating in our groups, we would like to speak to you on the phone prior to registering. To reserve a space at the workshop you can mail the required registration and medical forms attached below, and your check with the full workshop fee (unless other agreements have been made). There are discounts and payment plans available for students and those in need, and some work exchange positions available. Discounted rate of $150.00 per workshop for those who enroll in three or more one day workshops paid all at once (this means you can attend any of the one day workshops during 2010- offer valid until April 1st).

CANCELLATION POLICY: For all cancellations, there is a non refundable processing fee of $35.00. If cancellation occurs within a week or more of the workshop, remaining fee may be returned. Within a week or less from the workshop a participant's fee may be applied to other workshop, within the year of cancellation unless other arrangement is made. Due to the limited space, for cancellations on the day of the workshop, there will be no refunds or applications of funds to future workshops. (This policy applies to work-study positions as well).

GROF TRANSPERSONAL TRAINING:
Mireya certified by Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) in 1993. She has been part of the GTT training staff in the Holotropic Breathwork facilitator certification process in Mexico, and
on different ocassions in the United States. She was a facilitator at the International Transpersonal Association Conference in Manaos Brasil - Technologies of the Sacred.
GTT is a program for experiencing and studying Holotropic Breathwork and the transpersonal perspective. It is a two-track program that can be used either to become a certified practitioner, or to do personal work. Most modules involve an in-depth format in a six day residential setting. Besides the practice and theory of HB, modules' topics have included: Shamanism, The Books of the Dead, The Cosmic Game, Astrology, Spirituality and Addiction, Death and Dying, Gender, Modern Popular Culture, and others. A special annual event is "Ecstatic Remembrance," the Kirtan (chanting) module led by Jai Uttal (nominated for a 2002 Grammy for his album Mondo Rama).
